The problem we start from

Selling online usually starts with a marketplace listing or a few WhatsApp orders. It works until orders arrive faster than someone can copy them into a sheet, stock oversells, and payment confirmations are checked by screenshot.

Businesses that take bookings face a similar problem: slots double-booked, no-shows without deposits, and reminders sent by hand. Restaurants and cafes pay marketplace commissions on orders that could come direct.

A proper ecommerce or booking system gives customers a clear path to order or reserve, takes payment through an established gateway, and drops each order into a queue your team can act on, with stock updated as it moves.

Common things people ask us to solve

  • Online store

Catalogue, variants, cart, checkout and order status for physical or digital products.

  • Online ordering

Direct food or product ordering with pickup or delivery options and an order queue.

  • Booking and appointments

Slot-based scheduling with availability rules, reminders and optional deposits.

  • Payment gateway integration

Cards, UPI and net banking through a gateway you hold an account with.

  • Order and stock management

Orders in one place, stock reduced on sale, low-stock flags and returns handling.

  • Product customisation

Options such as size, engraving or made-to-order notes captured in a structured way.

What can be built

Built for your business rather than configured from a template. The first release is agreed in writing before work starts.

Custom build

  • Storefront and checkout designed for mobile
  • Order management dashboard for your team
  • Booking calendar with availability, capacity and cancellation rules
  • Payment gateway integration with webhook-based payment confirmation
  • Stock sync with your inventory sheet or system
  • Customer accounts, order history and email or WhatsApp confirmations

How it works day to day

  1. Customer chooses

They browse products, pick a slot or build an order on a fast mobile page.

  2. Payment is confirmed

The gateway confirms payment automatically so no one checks screenshots.

  3. Your team sees the order

Orders and bookings land in a dashboard with status you can update.

  4. Stock and customer update

Stock adjusts, and the customer receives confirmation and status messages.

Tools it can connect to

These are potential integration targets, not partnerships or certified connectors. Whether a connection is possible depends on the API or export each product offers, and on your plan with them.

  • Payment gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree or Stripe, using your own merchant account (potential integration target)
  • Courier and shipping aggregators
  • POS and billing software used in your outlet
  • WhatsApp Business API and email for order messages
  • Accounting tools for sales records
  • Google Merchant Center and Analytics

How a project is delivered

A realistic sequence. Timings are agreed after discovery, because they depend on scope and how quickly feedback arrives.

  1. Catalogue and rules workshop

Products, variants, pricing rules, delivery zones, slot rules and tax handling.

  2. Checkout and payment flow

Sandbox payment testing before any real transaction.

  3. Admin and fulfilment build

The order queue, stock updates and status flow your staff will use daily.

  4. Test orders and training

End-to-end test purchases, refunds and cancellations, then staff training.

  5. Launch and monitoring

Gateway live activation, first-week watch on orders and fixes.

What to know before you start

Costs, dependencies and limits belong on the page, not in the fine print.

Dependencies and third-party costs

  • Payment gateways charge per-transaction fees and require business verification (KYC) that you complete with them; approval time is theirs
  • Hosting, domain and any SMS or WhatsApp messages carry ongoing third-party costs
  • Product data, photos and descriptions must be supplied; large catalogues need preparation time
  • Shipping partners and their rates are contracted by you

Limitations

  • We build the store; we do not guarantee sales volume or marketplace-level traffic
  • Compliance such as food licences, GST registration and consumer rules remains your responsibility
  • Refunds and chargebacks follow the gateway's and your own policies; software records them but does not decide them
  • Customisation beyond agreed scope, and ongoing catalogue upkeep, are separate from the initial build
