Make the tools you already pay for work as one

API integrations, data synchronisation and centralised dashboards that connect your billing, stock, CRM, store and messaging tools so a record is entered once.

CRM and connected operations

Integration work

  • Connectors with authentication, retry and error handling
  • Field mapping and transformation rules agreed with you
  • Sync logs and an exceptions screen for failed records

Third-party fees, dependencies and limits are listed openly further down this page.

The problem we start from

Most businesses use five or more tools: billing, a stock sheet, a CRM, a store, an accounting package, WhatsApp. Each holds part of the truth, and people become the glue, copying figures between screens and spotting mismatches at the end of the month.

Replacing everything is rarely sensible. Your team knows these tools, and some, like accounting software, are chosen by your accountant. What helps is a controlled connection between them.

Integration work is about deciding which system is the source of truth for each piece of data, moving it reliably, and showing exceptions when something fails to sync, rather than hoping nothing breaks silently.

Common things people ask us to solve

  • API integrations

Connect two systems that offer APIs so events in one create or update records in the other.

  • Data synchronisation

Keep stock, customers or orders aligned across a store, billing tool and sheet.

  • Centralised dashboards

Pull figures from several tools into one view for owners and managers.

  • Import and export pipelines

Scheduled file-based exchange where no API exists, with validation and error reports.

  • Webhook automation

React instantly to payments, form submissions or status changes.

  • Legacy bridging

Extract data from older systems into a modern store or reporting layer.

What can be built

Connections to tools you already use. What is possible depends on what each tool allows.

Integration work

  • Connectors with authentication, retry and error handling
  • Field mapping and transformation rules agreed with you
  • Sync logs and an exceptions screen for failed records
  • Combined reporting database or dashboard
  • Documentation of what syncs, when and in which direction

How it works day to day

  1. List the systems and the pain

We catalogue tools, who uses them and where re-entry or mismatch happens.

  2. Check what each tool allows

We confirm available APIs, limits and costs before promising a connection.

  3. Decide the source of truth

For each data type, one system leads and others follow.

  4. Build, test, watch

Connections are tested with real records and monitored after launch.

Tools it can connect to

These are potential integration targets, not partnerships or certified connectors. Whether a connection is possible depends on the API or export each product offers, and on your plan with them.

  • Accounting: Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks (potential integration targets)
  • Commerce: Shopify, WooCommerce, custom stores
  • Payments: Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe, PayU
  • Messaging: WhatsApp Business API, email, SMS providers
  • Google Sheets, Drive, Calendar, and Analytics
  • CRMs such as Zoho, HubSpot or a custom CRM

How a project is delivered

A realistic sequence. Timings are agreed after discovery, because they depend on scope and how quickly feedback arrives.

  1. Systems inventory

A written map of your tools, data flows and the gaps we propose to close.

  2. Feasibility check

Test calls against each API or export to confirm the connection is possible and affordable.

  3. Build and sandbox test

Connectors tested in sandbox accounts or with copies of your data.

  4. Cutover

Controlled go-live, often starting one-way before enabling two-way sync.

  5. Monitoring and support

Alerts for failed syncs and a defined way to request changes.

What to know before you start

Costs, dependencies and limits belong on the page, not in the fine print.

Dependencies and third-party costs

  • Each connected product sets its own API access rules, rate limits and sometimes charges for higher plans
  • Some tools restrict API access or change it without notice; maintenance may be needed when they do
  • You must hold or grant the accounts and credentials; we do not sign up on your behalf without permission
  • Hosting for any middleware we run is an ongoing cost

Limitations

  • We cannot integrate with software that offers no API, export or database access, though file-based workarounds sometimes exist
  • Mentions of tools are potential integration targets, not official partnerships or certified connectors
  • Two-way sync can create conflicts; we design rules but some conflicts need a person to resolve
  • Real-time is not always possible; some connections run on a schedule
