1. Agreement to terms

These terms govern your use of the Aditsy Orbit website and any proposal, statement of work, or retainer agreement you sign with Aditsy Orbit ("we," "us"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Aditsy Orbit provides marketing services including brand strategy, performance marketing, content, web design, and SEO. The specific scope, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate signed proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over this page in case of conflict.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary brand assets, and access to accounts required for us to perform the agreed services. Delays in providing these may extend project timelines.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, final deliverables created specifically for your engagement transfer to you. Aditsy Orbit retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

5. Payment terms

Fees are set out in your signed proposal. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Project-based work is typically billed 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of liability

Aditsy Orbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including changes in advertising platform performance beyond our reasonable control.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a retainer with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
