How to read the result

  • The summary updates as you tick. Use 'Select all' on a group to explore a whole area.
  • 'Human review needed' means a person should check or decide, even after the repetitive part is handled.
  • Items are conversation starters. Start with the ones that cost you the most time or cause the most errors.

Limits to keep in mind

  • Not everything can be fully automated, and some automation costs more to maintain than the task it replaces.
  • Third-party tools may add fees, plan limits or approval steps.
  • This is not an audit of your process.
