The brief

A teaching studio needs more than a brochure site. Members must find a class that fits their week, pay for a membership, be placed in a batch, and get the right Zoom or Meet link at the right moment. The studio needs to manage all of it without a developer.

How we built it

We built it as one product: a calm public site, a weekly timetable, Razorpay memberships, admin-managed recurring batches with their own join links, a member dashboard that surfaces the link an hour before class, and email through Resend. Classes are not booked one by one. Access is a membership plus placement in a batch.

What is in it

  • Weekly timetable with recurring batches
  • Membership plans and Razorpay checkout with server-side signature checks
  • Member dashboard that shows the join link an hour before class
  • Admin back office for batches, members, blog and demo videos
  • Transactional email, inquiry pop-up and WhatsApp shortcut
  • Row-level security on every Supabase table
